Hi, I’m David.
My path to this work began after a period of intense, high-stakes life transitions that left me feeling profoundly disconnected. Even when surrounded by family and friends, I felt completely alone.
Moving through periods of instability and gradual recovery taught me firsthand that healing isn’t simply about fixing some symptom or behavior. It is the courageous process of finding meaning in those experiences and weaving a life back together; it is learning how to live fully and authentically in a world that’s always changing.
I view therapy as a partnership; we don't heal or grow in isolation. In our time together, we will explore the different layers of your life to understand where you feel stuck, navigate alternative ways of being, and foster choices reflective of who you really are. I won’t just sit across from you as a clinical observer, but as a fellow human who knows how overwhelming life can get—and who is here to support you in living a life of genuine presence.
